Leadership Summit 2026

Role: Design Director

The Creative Team pitched a greener theme for the 2026 Summit. Focusing on sustainable growth and more intentional promotional items that were less single-use and more high-end. Event ledgers and backpacks were sourced from green-initiative centered vendors with the main photo-op being a living wall with event logo.

Deliverables: Photo-Op Wall, Stage Banner, standup banners, event navigation, promotional items (ledgers, backpacks, water bottle wrappers), PowerPoint presentation deck, pre-event emails, and post-event intranet gallery website.

Leadership Summit 2025

Role: Design Director

Leadership wanted to have more fun this summit, and the creative team quickly landed on a Ted Lasso theme that leadership really appreciated. The opportunity to include show-centric elements were a nice step away from the usual high-corporate themes. Show elements were on the stage banner, standup banners, and the promo takeaway bags.

Leadership Summit 2024

Role: Design Director

The Creative Team wanted to push the standards of previous summits with more substantial brand presence to mark the event. Previous years had a more reserved, corporate atmosphere but the Creative Team was given more freedom to elevate the tone. Establishing a clearer, more upscale event brand that could be seen from large stage backdrops to small table number stands.
